More About Green Aventurine
Aventurine energy feels uncomplicated and fresh and can be useful for washing the aura at times of mental or emotional stress, when we need a stone to hold in our hand whilst connecting with a clearer path.  Aventurine is good to have around when making decisions as it reminds us to connect to the heart and the idea that it does not matter which road we take because it will always be the right one. It is a good companion for the pioneering spirit, someone who is pushing themselves to places they have never been before. A good all round healing stone.

More About the Symbol of the Penguin
The penguin is one of the most interesting birds in nature, as despite having wings, they are unable to fly. However, this doesn’t stop them from living life to the full and, instead of flying, a penguin uses their wings to help them swim. The penguins ability to adapt to its needs reminds us of the importance of adapting to our lives and the situations we find ourselves in. Penguins are renowned for the orderly fashion in which they operate, which can also teach us to be more organised and orderly in our own lives. Water is sometimes regarded as being symbolic of the astral plane, so some people see the idea of the penguin being able to effortlessly leap from the water out onto its feet, and vice versa, as representative of changing and embracing the different astral planes.
