Both Shushann and Gemma are experienced psychotherapists, teachers and writers in the fields of women’s psychology and spirituality. They know the value of integrating soul consciousness into everyday life. As modern mystics on the path of the sacred feminine, they have travelled journeys of conscious surrender and release, rebirth and evolution, constantly embracing change and growth.

In 2010, they began The Soulful Woman Facebook Page to offer women inspiration and guidance about the sacred feminine. Their work focuses on nourishing the sacred feminine in daily life through simple yet effective tools and practices. It is often difficult for women to manifest their goals and dreams when they are over-extended by too much giving or depleted because they have neglected their own self-care and inner life. When the body, mind and spirit are united and well-nourished with self-care and self-love, manifesting can become effortless and graceful.
